Outdoor Clothing
As a school, we promote outside play all-year round. The children benefit from time outside and they should be allowed to access this, no matter what the weather. In order for your child to do this, we ask that your child comes dressed appropriately for the weather, including:
• Coat - reversible school coats, with the school badge and reflective safety strips are available from PL School Wear; otherwise a sensible outdoor coat of your choice, something waterproof.
• Wellies – these are very important for wet and cold days where the children will still access the field. A change of footwear allows them to enjoy playtime without dirtying their uniform.
• Waterproof clothing – you are welcome to send in waterproof trousers or an all-in-one suit for your child to wear outside and/or in our Forest School area.
Financial support
Parents/carers in need of financial support for purchasing school uniform and PE kit should either email or speak to a member of our school office team. All information shared with any of our staff members is dealt with sensitively and confidentially.
