Complaints

We hope that this is not something you have to or feel the need to do however there may be a time where you feel it is the only option you have left. 

 

As a federation we want to work with you to get the best outcomes for your child and our complaints procedure is that we are given this opportunity to do so before things reach a more formal stage. Any issues regarding your child/ren in school are dealt with great importance, in a timely manner and in confidence. We believe that working with parents and carers for the most succesful outcome for our children is the best solution however if this has already been attempted then following the next steps on the complaints policy is the next best option. 

 

The complaints policy is below and any formal complaints should be directed to the following email addresses for the attention of the Chair of Governors, Mr James Ferris and/or the attention of the Executive Headteacher, Mr Charlie Reed.
