Medication in School

Administration of Medication

If your child requires medication to be given during the school day please speak to your child's class teacher or the school office before downloading and completing the form below and returning it to school.

The school are only able to give prescribed medication if the GP has requested 4 doses a day.

Healthcare Plan

If your child has an ongoing medical condition that requires ongoing medication e.e. asthma, nut allergy etc. please speak to a member of staff as soon as you become aware of their condition and complete the above Administration of Medication form and the Healthcare plan below in school with a member of staff.
